本文介绍的用粪大肠菌群7小时安瓿式液体培养基快速滤膜法(简称7h-FC液基法)代替常规的多管发酵法及24小时固体培养基滤膜法(简称24-hFC固基法),克服了常规检验存在的手续繁杂、培养时间长、及固体培养基需随用随配、消耗量大等缺点。安瓿式液体培养基具有存放时间长、随用随取、方法简便、效果可靠、节省费用等优点。改进后的7h-FC液基法与常规的24h-FC固基法检验效果基本一致,两者比值为1.06(P>0.05),与7h-FC固基法的检菌效果无显著差别,两者比值为0.97(P>0.05)。
