不同类型小麦品种覆膜后，各主要生育时期生长发育进程发生显著变化，整个生育期持续天数较露地小麦缩短 ４～２４ ｄ，成穗数增加 ６２．７０～９８．２５ 万／ｈｍ ２，穗粒数增加 ２．１～４．１ 粒，千粒重降低２．０～３．１ ｇ，增产 ２４８．４～１ ９１３．４ ｋｇ／ｈｍ ２，增产幅度为 ４．１％ ～４０．８％ 。成穗数和穗粒数增加是地膜小麦超常增产的主要原因，粒重的高低是决定地膜小麦增产潜力大小的主要因素。
