由于我国企业对如何提高员工满意度还未引起重视,因此有必要从人力资源管理因素出发,对蒙古国国有企业和民营企业的员工满意度进行调查比较分析。结果表明,民营企业员工满意度比国有企业员工满意度高。这对我国企业在人力资源管理中提高员工满意度,有借鉴作用。
As Chinese enterprises have not paid much attention to how to improve employee satisfaction, it is necessary to investigate and compare the satisfaction of employees in state-owned and private enterprises in Mongolia from the perspective of human resource management. The results show that the satisfaction of employees in private enterprises is higher than that of employees in state-owned enterprises. This is my company in the human resources management to improve employee satisfaction, a reference.
