目前我国开展油菜品质育种所用的低芥酸、低硫甙品种资源都是从国外引进的。由于温光生态特性上的差异,这些品种在我国种植大都表现苗期生长缓慢,春后恢复生长差,导致经济性状及丰产性不理想(官春云,1985)。且这些不良的生育特性与优良的品质性状强烈地连锁,采用当地推广良种作为轮回亲本进行多次回交选育是打破这种负向连锁关系的有效途径(刘后利,1985)。本研究试图通过~(60)Co-γ射线处理低芥酸品种来打破上述连锁,达到改良经济性状,缩短育种周期,减少大量品质分析任务的多重目的。
At present, the low erucic acid and low glucosinolate resources used in breeding rapeseed are all imported from abroad. Due to the differences in the ecological characteristics of the warm and light, most of these cultivars in China are characterized by slow growth at the seedling stage and poor growth recovery after the spring, resulting in unsatisfactory economic traits and high yield (Guan Chunyun, 1985). And these poor reproductive characteristics are strongly linked with excellent quality traits. The use of locally-propagated elite as a recurrent parent for multiple backcross breeding is an effective way to break this negative linkage (Liu Houli, 1985). This study attempts to break through the above low-erucic acid varieties by ~ (60) Co-γ ray treatment to achieve the multiple purposes of improving economic traits, shortening the breeding cycle and reducing a large number of quality analysis tasks.
