采用共混的方法制备了聚丙烯/十二烷基苯磺酸钠(PP/SDBS)复合材料,研究了SDBS用量对PP/SDBS复合材料抗静电性能和力学性能的影响。结果表明:SDBS能明显降低PP/SDBS复合材料的表面电阻和体积电阻,从而提高复合材料的抗静电性能;PP/SDBS复合材料的断裂强度和屈服强度随着SDBS用量的增加先提高后降低,在SDBS用量为0.5份时达到最大值;PP/SDBS复合材料的断裂伸长率和断裂功随着SDBS用量的增加逐渐下降。
The PP / SDBS composites were prepared by blending and the effects of SDBS dosage on the antistatic and mechanical properties of PP / SDBS composites were studied. The results show that: SDBS can significantly reduce the surface resistance and volume resistivity of PP / SDBS composites to improve the antistatic properties of composites; the breaking strength and yield strength of PP / SDBS composites increase first and then decrease with the increase of SDBS content, When the amount of SDBS reached 0.5, the maximum value was reached. The elongation at break and work of fracture of PP / SDBS composites decreased with the increase of SDBS dosage.
