通过对普通高校高脚竞速教学中学生出现运动损伤的实际情况进行统计与分析后认为:高脚竞速教学中出现运动损伤的概率比较大;容易损伤的部位依次为手掌、膝部、脚踝、脚趾、肘部、腰部等;损伤类型以擦伤、挫伤为主;造成损伤的原因主要是运动性疲劳、局部负荷过重、技术动作不合理、缺乏防护意识等。在教学中应控制好运动量,避免局部负荷过重,因材施教区别对待,并加强安全意识和自我防护意识的培养,预防和减少教学中的运动损伤。
Through statistics and analysis on the actual situation of students’ sports injuries in high-speed racing teaching in ordinary colleges and universities, the author thinks that the probability of sports injuries in high-speed racing teaching is relatively large. The vulnerable parts are palm, knee, ankle, Toes, elbows, waist, etc. The types of injuries were mainly abrasions and contusions. The main causes of injuries were sports fatigue, partial overloading, unreasonable technical movements and lack of protection awareness. In teaching should control the amount of exercise, to avoid local overloading, individualized teaching different, and to enhance awareness of safety awareness and self-protection training to prevent and reduce the teaching of sports injuries.
