目的:探讨不同强度牵引力对缺氧培养的成骨细胞的影响。方法:酶消化法收集、培养SD大鼠成骨细胞,在缺氧环境下,各组分别施加2%、5%、10%、15%牵引力1h,MTT比色法检测成骨细胞增殖活性变化。结果:施加2%、5%牵引力组成骨细胞增殖活性增强,其余2组细胞增值活性减弱。结论:适当的牵引力和适当的缺氧时间能促进成骨细胞的增殖。
Objective: To investigate the effect of different strength traction on hypoxia cultured osteoblasts. Methods: Osteoblasts of SD rats were collected and cultured by enzymatic digestion. Under hypoxia conditions, the rats were subjected to 2%, 5%, 10% and 15% traction for 1 hour in each group. MTT assay was used to detect the changes of osteoblast proliferation . Results: The proliferation activity of osteoblasts increased with 2% and 5% traction, while the activity of the other two groups decreased. Conclusion: Appropriate traction and proper hypoxia time can promote the proliferation of osteoblasts.
