质谱热分析 ,如热重 差热 质谱 ( TG DTA MS)同时联用技术是对传统热分析方法的一种突破。它不仅可以检测材料在程序温度下的重量增失以及热量的吸收或释放 ,同时能检测其逸出气体。结合近年来在化学法制备超细粉体热分解过程的研究以及在 Si C LAS(锂硅酸铝 )界面形成碳层质谱判别的两个实例 ,对 TG DTA MS技术作了简要的介绍。研究结果表明了质谱热分析技术在材料的制备和研究中具有很大的应用潜力。
Mass spectrometric thermal analysis, such as TG-DTA MS, is a breakthrough on traditional thermal analysis methods. It can not only detect material weight loss at program temperature and the absorption or release of heat, but also detect the evolution of gases. Combined with the recent research on the thermal decomposition process of ultrafine powder prepared by chemical method and the two examples of carbon layer mass spectrometry discrimination at Si C LAS (lithium aluminum silicate) interface, the TG DTA MS technology is briefly introduced. The results show that mass spectrometry thermal analysis technology has great potential in the preparation and research of materials.
