目的 探讨低氧诱导因子 2 (EPAS1/HIF 2α)和血管内皮生长因子 (VEGF)在膀胱移行细胞癌中的表达意义。 方法 应用免疫组织化学技术检测 6 0例膀胱移行细胞癌 [Ⅰ级 2 8例 ,Ⅱ级 12例 ,Ⅲ级 2 0例 ;浅表性膀胱癌 (Tis~T1) 2 9例 ,浸润性 (T2 ~T4) 31例 ]和 8例正常膀胱组织中EPAS1/HIF 2α和VEGF的表达情况 ,χ2 检验分析其表达与膀胱癌分级和分期间的关系。 结果 EPAS1/HIF 2α和VEGF在正常膀胱组织中不表达 ,而在膀胱癌组织表达较强。 6 0例膀胱癌标本中EPAS1/HIF 2α阳性表达 34例 ,阴性 2 6例。病理分级Ⅰ级标本阳性表达 4例 (14 .3% ) ,Ⅱ级 11例 (91.7% ) ,Ⅲ级 19例(95 .0 % )。浅表性癌中阳性 5例 (17.2 % ) ,浸润性癌中阳性 2 9例 (93.5 % )。EPAS1/HIF 2α与肿瘤的病理分级 (r =0 .86 2 ,P <0 .0 0 1)和临床分期 (r=0 .80 5 ,P <0 .0 0 1)密切相关。 6 0例膀胱癌标本中VEGF阳性表达 4 4例。病理分级Ⅰ级标本阳性表达 12例 (42 .8% ) ,Ⅱ级 12例、Ⅲ级 19例均阳性表达。浅表性膀胱癌中阳性表达 14例 (48.3% ) ,浸润性癌中阳性表达 30例 (96 .8% ) ,VEGF表达与肿瘤病理分级 (r=0 .84 1,P <0 .0 0 1)和临床分期 (r =0 .819,P <0 .0 0 1)密切相关。EPAS1/HIF 2α表达与VEGF表达密切相关 (r=
Objective To investigate the significance of the expression of hypoxia inducible factor 2 (EPAS1 / HIF 2α) and vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) in bladder transitional cell carcinoma. Methods Sixty cases of bladder transitional cell carcinoma were detected by immunohistochemical technique [28 cases of grade Ⅰ, 12 cases of grade Ⅱ, 20 cases of grade Ⅲ, 29 cases of superficial bladder cancer (Tis ~ T1), invasiveness (T2 ~ T4) 31 cases, and 8 cases of normal bladder tissue. The expressions of EPAS1 / HIF 2α and VEGF were analyzed byχ2 test and the relationship between the expression and the grade and stage of bladder cancer. Results EPAS1 / HIF 2α and VEGF were not expressed in normal bladder tissues but strongly expressed in bladder cancer tissues. The positive expression of EPAS1 / HIF 2α in 60 bladder cancer samples was 34 cases and 26 cases were negative. There were 4 cases (14.3%) positive for pathological grade Ⅰ, 11 (Ⅱ), and 19 (Ⅲ) in 19 cases (95.0%). 5 were positive in superficial cancer (17.2%), and 29 were positive in invasive carcinoma (93.5%). EPAS1 / HIF 2α was closely related to the pathological grade (r = 0.86 2, P <0.01) and clinical stage (r = 0.805, P <0.001). The positive expression of VEGF in 60 cases of bladder cancer specimens was 44 cases. Pathological grade Ⅰ specimens were positive in 12 cases (42.8%), grade Ⅱ in 12 cases, grade Ⅲ in 19 cases were positive. 14 cases (48.3%) were positive for superficial bladder cancer, 30 cases (96.8%) were positive for invasive carcinoma, VEGF expression was significantly correlated with tumor grade (r = 0.84 1, P < 1) and clinical stage (r = 0. 819, P <0.001).
