传统的采煤机截割部保护装置采用扭矩轴结构,由于扭矩轴卸荷槽在设计之初已经确定,遇到井下煤层复杂地质条件变化时,扭矩轴断裂较为频繁,增加采煤机运行成本;另外扭矩轴损坏时,更换新的扭矩轴花费时间较长,降低采煤机开机率,影响工作面产煤量。针对此问题对原结构进行改进,保留扭矩轴离合功能,增加限矩器对采煤机截割部进行保护,改进后的结构省去扭矩轴折断更换时间,同时降低采煤机运行成本,提升工作面开机率,提高了经济效益。

The improved structure eliminates the need of breaking and replacing the torque shaft, reduces the running cost of shearer, Face open rate and improve economic efficiency.
