大学英语教学要坚持以人为本,让学生的主体地位得到充分的体现,将整个教学过程融入人的情感和理念,使学生通过对人的情感和理念的把握来提高对课程内容的认可程度。在传统的大学英语教学过程中,教师是凌驾于学生之上的,这不仅不利于师生之间的情感交流,还会使学生处于被动的学习状态。人性化教学理念力争通过师生之间的平等互动,让学生感受课程的轻松和愉快,从而提高学习的效率。本文从教学的过程定位、载体选择、条件创设三个方面入手,探讨大学英语教学过程中人性化理念的把握对于实现预期的教学目标的影响。
College English teaching should adhere to the people-oriented, so that students fully reflect the dominant position of the body, the entire teaching process into the human emotions and ideas, so that students grasp the human emotions and ideas to improve the degree of recognition of the course content. In the traditional process of college English teaching, teachers are above the students, which is not only not conducive to emotional exchanges between teachers and students, but also make students in a passive state of learning. Humanistic teaching philosophy strives to make students feel relaxed and enjoyable through the equal interaction between teachers and students so that they can improve their learning efficiency. This article starts from three aspects: process orientation of teaching, carrier selection and condition creation, and explores the influence of humanistic ideas in the process of college English teaching on the realization of expected teaching goals.
