采用环缝式电磁搅拌装置,通过连续降温、连续搅拌的方式制备7A04铝合金半固态浆料,研究搅拌时间对7A04铝合金半固态浆料组织的影响。结果表明:在本文试验条件下,随着搅拌时间的延长,7A04铝合金半固态浆料组织的圆整度先提高后降低,最后不断提高;平均晶粒直径先增大后减小,最后不断增大。在搅拌至第7 min时,7A04铝合金半固态浆料组织总体质量最佳,此时浆料温度为632℃,初生α-Al平均晶粒直径为72.65μm,圆整度为0.52。
7A04 aluminum alloy semi-solid slurry was prepared by continuous cooling and continuous stirring by ring gap electromagnetic stirrer to study the effect of mixing time on the microstructure of 7A04 aluminum alloy semi-solid slurry. The results show that the circularity of 7A04 aluminum alloy semi-solid slurry first increases and then decreases with the increase of stirring time, and finally increases continuously. The average grain diameter first increases and then decreases, Increase. The best overall quality of the 7A04 aluminum alloy semi-solid slurry was obtained at the 7th minute of stirring. The temperature of the slurry was 632 ℃, the average primary α-Al grain size was 72.65μm, and the roundness was 0.52.
