目的:研究天冬氨酸特异性半胱氨酸酶-3(Caspase-3)和细胞核增殖抗原Ki-67在子宫内膜癌中的表达及意义。方法:采用免疫组化方法检测Caspase-3和Ki-67在63例子宫内膜癌中的表达情况,并与子宫内膜不典型增生及正常子宫内膜各20例相比较。结果:Caspase-3和Ki-67在子宫内膜癌中的阳性表达率分别为55.6%和63.5%,在子宫内膜不典型增生中为60.0%和60.0%,在正常子宫内膜中为100.0%和20.0%,三者的阳性表达率相比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:Caspase-3和Ki-67参与了子宫内膜癌的发生、发展,并为子宫内膜癌的保守治疗提供新的靶目标可能。
Objective: To investigate the expression of caspase-3 and Ki-67 in endometrial carcinoma and its significance. Methods: The expressions of Caspase-3 and Ki-67 in 63 cases of endometrial carcinoma were detected by immunohistochemistry and compared with 20 cases of endometrial dysplasia and normal endometrium. Results: The positive rates of Caspase-3 and Ki-67 in endometrial carcinoma were 55.6% and 63.5% respectively, 60.0% and 60.0% in endometrial dysplasia and 100.0 in normal endometrium % And 20.0%, respectively. There was significant difference in the positive expression rates among the three (P <0.01). Conclusion: Caspase-3 and Ki-67 are involved in the occurrence and development of endometrial cancer and may provide a new target for the conservative treatment of endometrial cancer.
