目的:建立同时测定忍冬与红腺忍冬中绿原酸、芦丁和槲皮素的HPLC分析方法。方法:依利特Hypersil ODS(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm),流动相乙腈-0.05%磷酸梯度洗脱,检测波长327 nm,柱温25℃,进样10μL,流速1.0 mL·min-1。结果:线性范围内3种成分的标准曲线呈良好的线性关系,加样回收率在97%~101%,精密度和重复性的RSD均符合定量分析要求。结论:该方法准确、简便,具有良好的重复性和稳定性,可用于忍冬及红腺忍冬药材的质量控制。
OBJECTIVE: To establish an HPLC method for simultaneous determination of chlorogenic acid, rutin and quercetin in Lonicera capitatai and Lonicera conus. Methods: The elution Hypersil ODS (4.6 mm × 250 mm, 5 μm) was used. The mobile phase consisted of gradient elution of acetonitrile and 0.05% phosphoric acid. The detection wavelength was 327 nm and the column temperature was 25 ℃. The injection rate was 1.0 mL · min-1. Results: The standard curve of three components in the linear range showed a good linear relationship with the recoveries of 97% ~ 101%. The RSD of precision and repeatability all met the requirements of quantitative analysis. Conclusion: The method is accurate, simple, and has good repeatability and stability. It can be used for the quality control of honeysuckle and honeysuckle honeysuckle.
