分析Ⅱ型糖尿病患者血浆抗氧化维生素A、E ,抗氧化酶SOD活性和一氧化氮 (NO)含量变化 ,以探讨氧化和抗氧化系统与糖尿病的关系。测定 33例Ⅱ型糖尿病患者 (男 /女15 :18,年龄 5 6 1± 11 1岁 )血浆抗氧化维生素A、E水平 ,抗氧化酶SOD活性和NO含量 ,并与 33例正常对照 (男 /女 16∶17,年龄 5 6 0± 10 5岁 )进行比较。结果发现 ,糖尿病组与对照组相比 ,血浆抗氧化维生素A、E水平无显著性差异 ;SOD活性显著降低 (P <0 0 5 ) ;糖尿病组的血浆NO水平比正常对照组的显著增高 (P <0 0 1)。提示糖尿病患者抗氧化系统失衡 ,且可能参与糖尿病的病理过程
To analyze the changes of plasma antioxidant vitamins A and E, the activity of antioxidant enzymes SOD and the content of nitric oxide (NO) in type 2 diabetic patients to explore the relationship between the oxidative and anti-oxidative system and diabetes mellitus. The levels of antioxidant vitamins A and E, the activity of SOD and the content of NO in 33 type Ⅱ diabetic patients (male / female 15:18, age 561 ± 11 1 years) were measured and compared with 33 normal controls / Female 16:17, age 56 0 ± 10 5 years). The results showed that compared with the control group, there was no significant difference in the levels of antioxidant vitamins A and E in plasma and the activity of SOD in diabetic group (P <0.05); the level of plasma NO in diabetic group was significantly higher than that in normal control group P <0 0 1). Suggesting that diabetic patients with anti-oxidant system imbalance, and may be involved in the pathological process of diabetes
