在研究火焰炉热工特性的基础上,研究了四座轧钢厂的加热炉。按照以往提出的热负荷Q(以及单位燃耗b)与生产率P之间的一般关系式,确定了这几座炉子的Q—P方程及b—P方程以及经济点的位置。对比同一座炉子加热不同坯料和炉体局部改造的前后情况等,分析了结构和操作等参数对单位燃耗的影响。从炉子实际工作点(区间)与经济点的对比中判断了炉子强化后可能节约的燃料量。确定了现行措施(水管包扎、出料端的改造)的效果,指出了进一步降低单位燃耗的可能性和应该采取的措施(提高炉底利用率、炉底强度和作业率等)。
On the basis of studying the thermal characteristics of the flame furnace, the heating furnace of four rolling mills was studied. The Q-P equation and the b-P equation of these furnaces and the location of economic points are determined according to the general relation between the thermal load Q (and the unit fuel consumption b) and the productivity P previously proposed. Compared with the same furnace heating different billets and furnace before and after the partial transformation of the situation, the structure and operation parameters such as the impact on the unit fuel consumption. Judging from the comparison between the actual operating point (interval) of the furnace and the economic point, the amount of fuel that can be saved after the furnace is strengthened is judged. The effect of the existing measures (pipe banding and discharge side modification) was confirmed. The possibility of further reducing the unit fuel consumption and the measures to be taken (raising the bottom utilization rate, bottom strength and operating rate, etc.) were pointed out.
