玄明粉炮制方法考证及其拉曼光谱研究

目的:通过本草考证和现代实验研究,以期明确玄明粉炮制方法变革原因。方法:通过对古代本草和现代炮制规范的考证,了解各时期玄明粉炮制方法的差异,依据本草中不同炮制方法制备玄明粉,利用拉曼光谱技术对其进行分析。结果:通过考证发现古代本草中玄明粉炮制方法存在明显区别,而在现代炮制规范中两者炮制方法趋于一致,依据古籍制备的玄明粉与风化硝样品拉曼光谱无明显差异,两者拉曼特征峰均为:1 153,1 132,1 102,992,648,632,621,466,450 cm~(-1),与现代炮制方法也相符合。结论:古代玄明粉炮制方法变革到现代方法具有一定道理,但仍需进一步研究。 Objective: Through the textual research and modern experimental research, with a view to clarify the reason why Xuanming powder processing method changes. Methods: Through the textual research on ancient Materia Medica and modern processing standard, understand the difference of processing methods of Xuanmingmei in different periods, according to different processing methods in this plant, Xuanming powder was prepared and analyzed by Raman spectroscopy. Results: Through the textual research, we found that there are obvious differences in the processing methods of Xuanmingfen in ancient Materia Medica, while the concoction methods of the two methods are consistent in the modern processing specifications. The Raman spectra of Xuanming powder and weathered nitrate samples prepared according to ancient books have no obvious difference. Mann’s characteristic peaks are: 1 153,1 132,1 102,992,648,632,621,466,450 cm -1, which is also consistent with modern processing methods. Conclusion: There are some truths to the transformation of ancient Xuanming powder processing methods to modern methods, but further research is needed.
