教师职业很强的实践性要求其具备较高的实践素养.当前中小学教师对实践素养的认识却存在偏差,误把其所具有的能力当作实践素养.然而素养与能力具有不同的内涵,教师实践素养也不等同于教师实践能力.根据舍恩“行动反映”理论来看,教师就是行走在“湿软低地”的专业实践者,他们需要借助“行动反映”来解决教育教学问题.因此教师最重要的实践素养就是“行动反映”,包括“对行动的反映”和“行动中反映”.
