用XPS测定结合分峰拟合分析,研究稻草茎部、叶鞘、穗轴等部位皮层中硅化物的组成。结果表明,在实验范围内,各部位中的硅化物均由有机硅化物和无机硅化物组成,但都以无机硅化物为主,并且不同部位中硅化物的组成有明显的差异,无机硅化物与有机硅化物的比例也不同。测定出的无机硅化物主要有5种形式的SiO2、钠沸石、Na2SiF6、滑石、高岭土、硅灰石、分子筛型物质及富铝红柱石等;有机硅化物中主要是Ph3Si-O-SiPh3、Et3SiCl、Et2SiCl2、EtSiCl3、Et3SiBr、树脂及线状p-Methylsil等。
The composition of the silicides in the cortex of stem, leaf sheath and cobweb of straw was studied by XPS determination and binding peak fitting analysis. The results show that in the experimental range, the silicides in all parts are composed of organosilicide and inorganic silicide, but all of them are mainly inorganic silicide, and the compositions of silicide in different parts are obviously different. The inorganic silicide The ratio of organic silicide is also different. There are mainly five kinds of inorganic silicides, such as SiO2, natrolite, Na2SiF6, talc, kaolin, wollastonite, molecular sieve and mullite. The main silicides are Ph3Si-O-SiPh3, Et3SiCl , Et2SiCl2, EtSiCl3, Et3SiBr, resins and linear p-Methylsil.
