以藤捻葡萄为对照,对藤枪的一个芽变株系的生物学和植物学特性进行观测,并对其幼叶的DNA进行RAPD分析。结果表明:芽变株系在植物学、生物学特性方面存在着不同程度的变异,尤其生长势明显比对照强;一年多次结果性能好;丰产稳产;果实中的水溶性总糖、还原糖、维生素C、可溶性固形物含量增加,品质优于对照;且果肉硬度提高,具良好的贮藏性能。从幼叶中提取DNA进行RAPD分析,某些引物的PCR产物存在着一定的多态性,表明芽变株系发生了基因型的分化。
Using the twine grapevine as a control, the biological and botanical characteristics of a budding strain of cane gun were observed, and the DNA of young leaves was analyzed by RAPD. The results showed that there were some differences in the botany and biological characteristics of the mutant strains. In particular, the growth potential was obviously stronger than that of the control. Sugar, vitamin C, soluble solids content increased, the quality is better than the control; And the flesh hardness increased, with good storage performance. DNA was extracted from young leaves for RAPD analysis. The PCR products of some primers showed some polymorphism, indicating that genotypic differentiation occurred in the mutant strains.
