在系统搜集淮北矿区勘探和生产中揭露的共伴生硬质高岭土取样化验及测试资料的基础上 ,通过矿区基本化学分析、X衍射、电镜分析、差热分析等 ,并结合肉眼观察 ,分析研究了高岭土的矿石类型、化学成份、矿物特征 ,初步划分了矿石的自然类型与工业品级。确认该区硬质高岭土矿石中高岭石矿物含量大于 90 %以上 ,得出菱铁矿鲕粒含量多少是制约矿体赋存的重要因素之一 ,并决定着高岭土矿床的开采工业价值 ,对以后勘探、开采利用具有一定的指导意义
On the basis of systematically collecting and testing data and testing data of co-existing hard kaolins uncovered in the exploration and production of Huaibei mining area, through the basic chemical analysis, X-ray diffraction, electron microscope analysis and differential thermal analysis in mining area, combined with macroscopic observation, Kaolin ore type, chemical composition, mineral characteristics, the initial classification of the natural type of ore and industrial grade. It is confirmed that the content of kaolinite minerals in hard kaolin ore is more than 90%. It is concluded that the oolitic content of siderite is one of the important factors which restrict the occurrence of ore body and determines the value of mining industry of kaolin deposit.
