21世纪是信息化,全球化的世纪,在信息技术和现代传媒手段的推动下。我国的政治,经济,文化,生活发展迅速并已经与国际接轨。这直接导致了社会对人才内涵需求的改变。社会越来越需要复合型人才。特别是外语专业因为专业的原因,外语复合型人才的培养已经得到了前所未有的重视。各外语院校和各院校的外语系已经进行了诸多大胆的尝试并取得了很大的成绩。但是复合型人才的培养距今不过十几年的时间,还处于摸索阶段。还有许多问题需要重视。本文主要讨论了在外语复合型人才的培养中应该分清主次,以外语教育为主。 The 21st century is a century of information and globalization, driven by the means of information technology and modern media. Our country’s politics, economy, culture and life have developed rapidly and have been in line with the world. This directly led to the social needs of talent changes. Societies increasingly need complex talent. Especially for foreign language professionals because of professional reasons, the cultivation of foreign language complex talents have received unprecedented attention. Foreign language schools and institutions of foreign languages ​​department has carried out many bold attempts and achieved great success. However, the cultivation of compound talents from now, however, more than a decade, still in the groping phase. There are many issues that need attention. This article mainly discusses that we should distinguish between primary and secondary in the cultivation of foreign language compound talents, mainly focusing on foreign language education.
