In mathematics teaching, teachers not only impart mathematics knowledge to students, but also train students to learn mathematics, use mathematics ability, and effectively transfer these abilities to fields other than mathematics to improve students’ overall quality. Therefore, secondary mathematics teaching not only to impart knowledge of textbooks, but also to attach importance to students ’mathematical thinking and methods in order to combine mathematical knowledge and mathematical ideas and methods to improve students’ ability to solve problems. The following author talk about the function of thinking, equation thinking, classification theory, combination of ideas with figures, thoughts and so on in the mathematical problem solving
