偌大的一个温州市,仅拥有中国作家协会会员10人,而在温州市民进会员中,竟占有6人之多。他们是:马骅(莫洛)、唐湜、金江、杨作雨(洛雨)、吴其南、叶坪。在他们中间,有的是文苑宿将,至今宝刀不老,笔耕不辍;有的是论坛高手,为促进文学创作的繁荣,时有宏论评说良莠;也有的是盛年壮怀,常有诗作、散文等佳构见刊于国内外华文报刊之中。温州市民进里这一活跃而充满勃勃生机的文学群体,为温州的文学园林葱茏着老树,繁衍着新枝,绽开出绚丽的花朵。原民进温州市委会主委马骅,是一位德高望重、在温州深受大家爱戴的老人。他虽然已退居二线,仍然担任市政协常委、市民进名誉主委之职,不论是参政议政,还是指导会务,他一如既往地认真投入,可谓老骥伏枥,壮心不已。他曾陆续出版有《大爱者的祝福》、《风雨三月》、
