“2+1”是新型高职人才培养模式,广东白云学院管理学院在顶岗实习管理中通过做好实习前教育、努力建设实习基地、完善教学设计等有效手段实施这一人才培养模式,但该院营销与策划专业在实习中还是暴露出诸如对实习的理解不准确、实习岗位频繁更换、师生间沟通不畅等问题,研究认为,加强和改善实习教育、完善实习管理制度、探索新的校企合作方式等是解决这些问题的重要途径。
“2+1” is a new model for the training of higher vocational talents. Guangdong Baiyun University Management College implements this talent cultivation mode through effective means such as pre-internship education, efforts to build an internship base, and improvement of instructional design in the management of internships. However, during the internship, the marketing and planning majors of the school also revealed problems such as inaccurate understanding of internships, frequent replacement of internship posts, and poor communication between teachers and students. The study concluded that strengthening and improving internship education, improving the practice management system, and exploring The new school-enterprise cooperation method is an important way to solve these problems.
