以冀南山区的卷柏为试材,通过单因素试验和L9(34)正交实验优化类黄酮提取工艺参数,并对其抗氧化活性进行检测,探究卷柏类黄酮提取的最佳工艺及其体外抗氧化效果。结果表明:在最优工艺条件乙醇体积分数60%、料液比1∶15 g·m L-1、浸提时间30min、浸提温度70℃时,类黄酮的提取率为15.7%。卷柏提取液具有较好清除超氧负离子自由基的能力,当浸提物溶液浓度为3.0 mg·m L-1时,超氧阴离子清除率达到最大值69.4%。结果不仅为进一步优化类黄酮提取工艺参数提供数据参考,而且还为深入理解卷柏抗氧化机理和合理高效利用药用植物资源提供参考依据。
Taking Selaginella in mountain area of southern Hebei as test material, the extraction parameters of flavonoids were optimized by single factor test and L9 (34) orthogonal test, and its antioxidant activity was tested. Its anti-oxidant effect in vitro. The results showed that the extraction rate of flavonoids was 15.7% under the optimal conditions of ethanol concentration 60%, solid-liquid ratio 1:15 g · m L-1, extraction time 30 min and extraction temperature 70 ℃. Selaginella asiatica extract had better ability of scavenging superoxide anion radical. When the concentration of extract solution was 3.0 mg · m L-1, the superoxide anion scavenging rate reached the maximum of 69.4%. The results not only provide reference data for further optimization of flavonoid extraction process parameters, but also provide a reference for further understanding of antioxidant mechanisms and rational and efficient use of medicinal plant resources.
