一、基本情况抚顺钢厂1954年度生产技术财务计划的执行结果是:工业总产值完成计划115.9%;商品产值完成计划119.13%;产量计划钢锭112.52%,钢材107.7%,质量指标都没有完成;全员劳动生产率完成计划113.8%;职工总数超过99人;利润完成计划116.4%;资金周转比计划加速4.7天;成本较计划降低0.61%;订货合同仅完成90.1%(每月合同应交数与每月实交加提前交货数比).
