高职英语教育也是课程改革的一部分。随着我国市场经济制度的不断完善,人力资源供给结构性短缺现象日益严重,高端人才欠缺,普通工人供远远大于求。高职英语教育承担着为国家输送具有较高技能素质的高级技术型人才的重任,必须要根据市场的变化,做好教学改革。本文以高职英语教育为例,从教师师资队伍建设,高职学生就业指导以及教育与产业结合三方面阐述高职英语教育如何面向市场化。
Vocational English education is also part of the curriculum reform. With the continuous improvement of the market economy system in our country, the structural shortage of manpower resources has become increasingly serious, with the lack of high-end talent and the supply of ordinary workers far outstripping demand. Higher vocational English education undertakes the task of delivering high-level technical talents of higher technical quality to the country and must carry out the teaching reform according to the changes in the market. This article takes vocational English education as an example to illustrate how vocational English education is oriented towards marketization from three aspects: the construction of teaching staff, the employment guidance of higher vocational students and the combination of education and industry.
