本文通过盆栽试验,研究了单接种摩西球囊霉、单接种地表球囊霉及混合接种(摩西球囊霉和地表球囊霉)对药用植物黄花蒿生长及有效成分合成和积累的影响,探讨提高人工栽培药用植物药用有效成分含量的新途径。得出结果如下：(1)与对照相比,单接种和混合接种AM真菌均能提高黄花蒿的株高、茎径及地上部分生物量,减小根冠比。(2)与对照相比,单接种和混合接种AM真菌均能提高黄花蒿的根长、根表面积及根体积,其中混合接种的
