On October 12, the 2012 Symposium on Basic Theory of Trial Seminar of China’s Trial Theory Research Association was held in Changchun. Jiang Bi Xin, Vice President of the Supreme People’s Court and Vice President of China’s Trial Theory Research Society, addressed the meeting, stressing that it should take China Guided by the theoretical system of featured socialism and the socialist concept of the rule of law, closely centering on the overall work of the party and the state, closely centering on the work of the people’s courts, and focusing on major theoretical and practical issues concerning the scientific development of people’s judiciary,
