目的了解现阶段院内及院外对病案室工作满意度,并对来某院复印病历的目的分布进行统计分析,为进一步提高病案相关服务水平提供依据。方法分别制定院内和院外满意度调查问卷,分别向某院临床工作人员和2016年5月18日-2016年6月25日复印病历的人群发放。结果结果显示,临床工作人员对病案室满意度评价较好,均为满意或非常满意,对不同工作项目满意度调查差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);患者及其家属对病案室工作满意度较好,评价为“满意”及其以上的比例均高于90%,无不满意;不同调查条目间满意度差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论病案室工作在院内及院外均获得较好评价,但仍需进一步加强宣传、沟通和协调,为临床工作人员及患者和家属提供有效的病案服务。
Objective To understand the current job satisfaction of hospital and hospital outpatient cases and to analyze the distribution of medical records in a hospital for statistical analysis so as to provide basis for further improving the service level of medical records. Methods The questionnaires of satisfaction degree in hospital and out of hospital were made separately, which were distributed to the clinical staff of a hospital and the people who photocopied the medical records from May 18, 2016 to June 25, 2016 respectively. Results The results showed that the clinical staff’s evaluation of the satisfaction of the medical record room was satisfactory and satisfied or very satisfied. There was no significant difference in satisfaction survey among different work items (P> 0.05). The patients and their families were satisfied with the work record Degree of satisfaction, evaluation as “satisfaction ” and above are higher than 90%, all are satisfied; there is no significant difference in satisfaction between different survey items (P> 0.05). Conclusion The work of medical record room is well evaluated both in the hospital and outside the hospital. However, there is still a need to further strengthen publicity, communication and coordination so as to provide effective medical record service for clinicians, patients and their families.
