一、新城的概况 塞尔吉·蓬图瓦兹新城是巴黎附近新建的五座新城之一,距巴黎较近(距环形大道的直线距离是25公里),能有效地保证对中心区起“平衡”作用。因此这座新城就成了巴黎西北郊的一个引力点。
I. Overview of the New City Sergi Pontoise is one of the five new cities near Paris. It is close to Paris (straight line distance from the ring road is 25 km) and can effectively guarantee the central area to “ Balance” effect. Therefore, this new town became a gravitational point in the northwestern suburbs of Paris.
