预算收入过渡账户是银行账户管理中比较特殊的账户群体。它的存在和运作,既要符合人民银行账户管理的要求,同时又要符合财政部门的管理标准。本文针对目前预算收入过渡账户管理中存在的主要问题,提出规范和整顿的建议。
Budget income The transitional account is a special account group in bank account management. Its existence and operation must not only meet the requirements of PBC account management, but also meet the financial department’s management standards. This article aims at the main problems that exist in the current budgetary revenue management of the transitional accounts and puts forward suggestions for standardizing and reorganizing them.
