目前我国制药工业中的制剂生产多巳采取了机械化,並正逐步向自动化的方向發展,这样就有可能使制剂工業逐步变为全部自动化的大型生产形式。机械化和自动化不仅是提高劳动生产率和降低成本的手段,同时也是徹底改善工人劳动条件的有效方法,全国药工应当为此而努力。本文拟將目前国內外各类制剂生产的机械化和自动化的概况簡單作如下介紹。注射刑:注射剂的生产自动化,在前些年巳經有了完备的基础,例如从切割、烘口及洗滌安瓿直至药液灌裝、通气、封口均有連續自动的整套机械設备,可以完全不需手工操作,生产效率高而又安全。在国外研究利用幅射能代替蒸汽灭菌的方法已有相当成就。此法灭菌完全而迅速。国内药厂也准备利用幅射能或超音
