主要研究高级中学校级领导,即正副校长和正副书记是否承担教学任务的问题。通过对11个省市96所高中的调查发现:近半数校级领导与课堂教学有距离,其中副职承担教学任务的比例高于正职;而学历、职称的不同,情况也不一样;年龄、教龄方面则呈较明显的规律。近八成校长没有承担教学任务,与课堂教学有距离。现状虽令人担忧,却也有些无奈。
