以往对交互记忆系统(TMS)与绩效的关系的研究大多隐含性地假设团队交互记忆系统一旦形成就会发挥其积极效用,忽视了作为交互记忆系统载体“人”的心理感受等因素的影响。本研究以61个研发团队为样本,运用多元分层回归方法,验证了交互记忆系统对研发团队创新绩效的影响以及心理安全的调节效应。研究结果表明:交互记忆系统会正向影响研发团队的创新绩效;团队的心理安全在交互记忆系统与研发团队的创新绩效之间发挥显著地调节作用。说明企业需采取必要措施来提升员工的心理安全感,从而促进交互记忆系统对组织创新绩效的积极作用。
Most previous researches on the relationship between TMS and performance implicitly assume that the interactive memory system of the team implicitly assumes its positive utility once it is formed and ignores such factors as the psychology of the carrier of reciprocal memory system Impact. In this study, 61 R & D team as a sample, the use of multi-level regression method to verify the impact of interactive memory system on innovation performance of R & D team and psychological security regulation effect. The results show that: interactive memory system will positively affect the innovation performance of R & D team; and team psychological security plays a significant regulatory role between R & D team’s innovation performance and interactive memory system. This shows that enterprises need to take the necessary measures to enhance employees’ psychological security, so as to promote the interactive memory system to play an active role in organizational innovation performance.
