随着信息技术的发展,企业不断加大各类信息技术项目的投入以增强企业的运作效率,获得竞争优势。然而,由于各种原因IT项目的成功率依旧不高。本文在分析IT项目关键成功因素的基础上,从组织、团队、用户和项目本身四个层次进行了风险识别。同时文章在风险之间的内部关系的研究视角下,提出了组织、制度和技术三个方面的企业IT项目风险管理策略。
With the development of information technology, enterprises continue to increase investment in various types of information technology projects to enhance the operational efficiency of enterprises, access to competitive advantage. However, the success rate of IT projects is still not high due to various reasons. Based on the analysis of the key success factors of IT projects, this paper identifies the risks from the four levels of organization, team, users and the project itself. At the same time, the article puts forward the risk management tactics of enterprise IT project in the aspects of organization, system and technology from the perspective of the research on the internal relations between risks.
