大学生党建工作是高校党建工作中的一项重要任务和重大系统工程。“90后”大学生是高校的新生力量,他们有着新形势下特有的心理特点和行为特征。本文阐述了“90后”大学生党建工作的现状、特点,并以此为理论基础提出了加强“90后”大学生党建工作的重要意义,力求通过多种创新途径开创新形势下高校党建工作的新局面。
