21世纪我国医疗卫生事业的发展,就是要突出中等职业技术学校的实用技能型卫生紧缺人才培养的目标和特点,加强对适合职业教育教学方法的研究。茂名卫生学校通过分析现代护理人才的需求现状和护理教学现状,针对临床护理课程的实践教学方法进行了探讨,在尝试实施项目教学法来提高临床护理教学质量方面,取得了很好的效果。
In the 21st century, the development of medical and health undertaking in our country is to highlight the objectives and characteristics of the cultivation of practical skills-based health personnel in secondary vocational and technical schools and to strengthen the research on teaching methods suitable for vocational education. Maoming School of Health analyzed the demand status of modern nursing talents and the current situation of nursing teaching, discussed the practical teaching methods of clinical nursing courses, and achieved good results in trying to implement the project teaching method to improve the quality of clinical nursing teaching.
