【案例】1996年3月,罗女士经人介绍从四川阆中来到农九师某团,与李某相识3个月后便登记结婚。罗女士性格开朗,认识的朋友较多,由于李某经常到外地跑运输,加之常发现罗女士接到男士打来的电话,便怀疑罗女士有外遇,并经常对其拳脚相加。2010年9月至2011年8月期间,李某多次对罗女士进行殴打,罗女士不堪忍受,将李某诉至法院要求离婚,而李某却以深爱妻子为由,坚决不同意离婚。
