作者观察毛细胞白血病(ВКЛ)23例,其中女10例,男13例.年龄30—72岁。从第一个临床症状出现到确诊时间为6个月—10年.首次就诊的所有病人(除1例外)均已出现明显脾大(10—16cm),质地硬,证明疾病发展长期而缓慢。临床主要表现是贫血,随后发展为出血.全部病人在疾病不同时期合并各种感染((疒节)、反复性肺炎、气管炎等)。脾大随病情而发展。13例同时伴有中度肝大,仅1例轻度淋巴结大。首次检查外周血:Hb<12g 者20/23例,白细胞
