“育人无小事,生活即德育”。正因为德育无处不在,而学校德育的主渠道又在课程育人,所以学生的一切生活细节都应看做是德育的课程资源。基于此,我校构建了“大课程德育”的育人体系,即贯穿一个主题——生活育人,围绕四条线索——启迪、陶冶、激励、养成,依托多种课程实现“课程育人、环境育人、管理育人、活动育人”四个育人模式,有效实践着道德形成过程的“知、情、意、行”的和谐统一。一、拓展学科课程,通过课程育人启迪学生正确的道德
“Education is no small thing, life is moral education ”. Because moral education is ubiquitous and the main channel of moral education in school is educated in the curriculum, all details of the students’ life should be regarded as the curriculum resources of moral education. Based on this, our university has constructed a system of “people-centered moral education” that runs through one theme - living and educating people around four clues - enlightenment, cultivation, motivation, development and relying on a variety of courses to achieve “ Curriculum educating people, educating people in the environment, managing educating people, and educating people with activities. ”The four modes of educating people effectively practice the harmony of“ knowing, feeling, knowing and doing ”in the process of moral formation. First, to expand subject courses, enlighten students through the course to correct morality
