目的研究超声激活血卟啉对卵巢癌细胞抑制的体外效应。方法应用一定强度的超声激活血卟啉,采用四甲基偶氮唑蓝法、克隆形成率方法检测抑制卵巢癌细胞的作用,并用显微镜观察处理后细胞形态的变化,流式细胞术检测细胞凋亡。结果超声激活血卟啉对抑制细胞生长有明显作用(P<0.05),且随着血卟啉浓度的升高,抑制作用明显增强(P<0.05)。同时,超声激活血卟啉的效应与超声辐照时间有关。结论声动力处理抑制细胞生长作用明显,并可以诱导凋亡。
Objective To study the in vitro effect of hematoporphyrin on the inhibition of ovarian cancer cells by ultrasound. Methods Hematoporphyrin was activated by ultrasound with a certain intensity. The effect of inhibiting the growth of ovarian cancer cells was detected by MTT method and the colony formation rate. The morphological changes of the cells were observed with a microscope. The apoptosis of the cells was detected by flow cytometry Death. Results The hematoporphyrin was significantly inhibited by hematoporphyrin (P <0.05). With the hematoporphyrin concentration increasing, the inhibitory effect was significantly enhanced (P <0.05). Meanwhile, the effect of ultrasound-activated hematoporphyrin and ultrasonic irradiation time. Conclusion Acoustic treatment can significantly inhibit cell growth and induce apoptosis.
