用矢量法导出了旋转驴头式抽油机悬点运动的位移、速度和加速成度的表达式。给出了光杆功率、减速箱输出功率及电动机实耗功率的计算公式。对游梁式抽油机和旋转驴头式抽油机的悬点最大加速度、最大扭矩因数、曲柄轴最大扭矩及电动机实耗功率等多数进行了对比计算.结果表明:旋转驴头式抽油机的动力性能劣于游梁式抽油机.它新增的三对轴承传动增加了抽油机的耗电量。在相同工况下,它的耗电量增加率约为0.10。
The expression of displacements, velocities and accelerativities of the rotating donkey head pumping unit is derived by vector method. The formulas for calculating the power of the polished rod, the output power of the gearbox and the actual power consumption of the motor are given. The calculation of the maximum acceleration, the maximum torque factor, the maximum torque of the crankshaft and the actual power consumption of the pumping unit and the rotating donkey head pumping unit are compared. The results show that the dynamic performance of rotary donkey-head pumping unit is inferior to that of beam pumping unit. Its new three pairs of bearings increase the power consumption of the pumping unit. Under the same conditions, its power consumption increase rate is about 0.10.
