“供给侧改革”概念的提出,所引发的对于需求和供给双方的管理思路转变,在职教领域同样值得探讨。以“供给侧改革”思维开展对通信业高职信息类人才培养工作为前提,应该先充分考虑需求侧行业和学生的实际需求。以经济的角度,将学校视作教育的服务提供商,从供给的内容、方式、渠道等方面,最终形成“市场牵引、需求导向、资源整合、要素协同、产业辐射”的全链条、全要素的运行模式。
