目的:观察牙周手术后采用Gengigel凝胶(透明质酸)治疗慢性牙周炎的临床效果。方法:60例中、重度牙周炎患者进行4周基础治疗后,将患者随机分为实验组(透明质酸处理)和对照组(牙周翻瓣术)各30例,每个患者筛选符合条件的1个区域作为牙周手术区。术前记录菌斑指数(PLI)、龈沟出血指数(SBI)、牙周袋探诊深度(PPD)和附着丧失(CAL)。术后1周内观察出血、疼痛及创面愈合情况,术后1、3、6个月复查PLI、SBI、PPD、CAL。结果:术后1 d,实验组的止血效果、止痛效果均明显优于对照组(P<0.05);术后1周,实验组的创面愈合情况明显优于对照组(P<0.05);术后1、3、6个月,实验组的SBI明显低于对照组(P<0.05);而两组的PLI、PPD、CAL无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论:牙周手术后采用Gengigel凝胶治疗,可减轻术后反应,促进组织愈合,长期使用可减少牙龈出血。
Objective: To observe the clinical effect of Gengigel gel (hyaluronic acid) on chronic periodontitis after periodontal surgery. Methods: Sixty patients with moderate and severe periodontitis were divided into experimental group (hyaluronic acid treatment) and control group (periodontal flap surgery) after 30 weeks of basic treatment. Each patient was screened for compliance One area of the condition served as the periodontal surgery area. Preoperative plaque index (PLI), sulcus bleeding index (SBI), periodontal pocket exploration depth (PPD) and attachment loss (CAL) were recorded. Bleeding, pain and wound healing were observed within 1 week after operation. The PLI, SBI, PPD and CAL were reviewed at 1, 3, and 6 months after operation. Results: At 1 day after operation, the hemostatic effect and analgesic effect of the experimental group were significantly better than that of the control group (P <0.05). At 1 week after operation, the wound healing of the experimental group was significantly better than that of the control group (P <0.05) After 1, 3 and 6 months, the SBI in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the control group (P <0.05). There was no significant difference in the PLI, PPD and CAL between the two groups (P> 0.05). Conclusion: Gengigel gel treatment after periodontal surgery can reduce the postoperative reaction and promote the tissue healing. Long-term use can reduce the bleeding of gingival.
