“贿托”一词出现在媒体上不过是近几年的事,而“商业贿托”是随着治理商业贿赂的力度不断加大才逐渐为人所知。要想使“商业贿托”没有用武之地,必须严厉打击商业贿赂,去除“商业贿托”的生存空间。在党中央、国务院的直接部署下,一场打击商业贿赂的行动已经开始。工程建设、土地出让、产权交易、医药购销、政府采购以及资源开发和经销等六大领域的商业贿赂行为,已被确定为重点治理的对象。由中央纪委牵头成立的“反商业贿赂领导小组”成员单位都已积极行动起来。
