合作学习的理念越来越成为教育界的共识。合作学习倡导以人为本的互动观、目标观、师生观和评价观,落实在班级管理上,就是以德治班。以德治班的核心是德治,即用德去治理班级,这包含两层意思:一是班主任与学生共同商定班级道德规范;二是自觉运用班级道德规范来规范学生的观念和行为,以促进班集体的健康发展。本文就开展以合作学习理念为基础的以德治
The concept of cooperative learning has increasingly become the consensus of the education community. Cooperative learning advocates a people-oriented interactive concept, a goal concept, a teacher-student outlook, and an evaluation perspective. The implementation of class management is to govern by virtue. The core of moral governance is moral governance, that is, the use of morality to govern the class, which contains two layers of meaning: First, the class teacher and the students jointly agreed to class ethics; Second, consciously use the class moral norms to regulate the students’ concepts and behaviors. Promote the healthy development of class collectives. This article starts with the rule of virtue based on the concept of cooperative learning.
