茶叶是世界三大无酒精饮料之一。长久以来,人类对于茶的利用方式始终以沸水冲泡、细斟慢饮为主。然而,随着社会的发展和人们生活水平的不断提高,传统泡饮茶方式已渐渐无法满足现代快节奏生活的需要,人们开始追求更加简便、快捷、多元化的茶叶消费方式。正是在这些新消费观念的指引下,各类茶叶初深加工产品如雨后春笋般涌现,茶食品便是其中的代表。
Tea is one of the world’s top three non-alcoholic drinks. For a long time, human use of tea has always been brewed in boiling water, slow drink-based fine. However, with the development of society and the continuous improvement of people’s living standard, the traditional way of drinking tea has gradually failed to meet the needs of modern fast-paced life. People began to pursue more convenient, quick and diversified ways of consuming tea.
