环模制粒机是饲料生产工艺中的重要设备之一,其控制系统的优劣直接影响饲料产品的质量。为了获得高质量的产品和最大化的生产效率,环模制粒机的两个被控变量制粒机主电机电流、调质器出口温度必须控制在最佳工作状态下。分析了环模制粒机的生产工艺流程,基于STM32F107VCT6进行了制粒机的硬件设计、μC/OS-II操作系统移植、制粒机自动控制方式生产流程设计以及控制算法设计,在此基础之上进行了模拟实验,验证了设计的可行性。
